The Georgian Import Co is a trading name registered in England. We import and supply premium Georgian wines and spirits to hospitality businesses and private customers across the United Kingdom.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel orders where we have reason to believe the customer is under 18.

We operate Challenge 25. If you appear to be under 25 years of age, our delivery partners may request valid photographic ID upon delivery. If satisfactory ID cannot be provided, delivery will be refused and the order returned.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed. A legally binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or no longer available
• We are unable to verify your age or identity
• A pricing or product description error has occurred on the website
• Payment has not been successfully processed
• We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We take all reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. However, if a pricing error is discovered after your order has been placed, we will contact you to advise of the correct price and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order.

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales and charges will be confirmed at checkout. We aim to despatch all orders promptly, but delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

• All deliveries require a signature from a person aged 18 or over
• If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left and a redelivery arranged
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at chaz@thegeorgianimport.co with photographic evidence.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email at chaz@thegeorgianimport.co within 14 days of delivery. You will then be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method
• We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products unless they are faulty
• If goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and provide a full refund or replacement

Trade accounts are available to qualifying hospitality businesses, retailers, and wholesalers. Applying for a trade account does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline applications or withdraw trade account status at our discretion.

• Trade pricing is only available to approved account holders
• Trade customers are responsible for ensuring they hold any licences required to sell or serve alcohol
• Minimum order quantities may apply and will be communicated at the time of account approval
• Trade account terms are subject to review and may be amended upon notice
